ExperienceI've spent my career either making games or teaching people to make them, and I've never been convinced those are two different jobs. I started in QA at Sony, moved to TT Games where I spent four years going from testing to the world design team, and I now lead the games development programme at Coleg Llandrillo.

Alongside that I sit on the Esports Wales board, I'm an Authorised Unreal Instructor, and I'm building my own studio. What ties it together is systems, designing them, building them, and getting them across to people who'll go on to build better ones than mine.
